My current PhD research is towards Decolonized Project Management System for Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) of Healthcare Facilities for Indigenous Communities. One remarkable point with this research is to put together a system thinking, dynamic thinking and design thinking in a seamless manner to capture the nature of complex project phenomena in EPC industry with Indigenous Knowledge and users’ perspectives. The expected contribution of my research is to manage the development of complex systems in the field of complex systems because Social and Cultural factors (SCFs) impact is very important in the era of Post-Truth and Reconciliation with Indigenous communities in Canada.
